General terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller and scope

These conditions govern purchases made at www.amorpsique.com, owned by Sevillana de Fragancias y Perfumes, S.L., trading as Amor&Psique, tax ID (NIF) B21774724, registered office at Avda. República Argentina, 13, 8.º C, 41011 Seville, Spain, email info@amorpsique.com and telephone +34 641 79 34 58 (hereinafter "Amor&Psique" or "the Seller").

They apply to purchases made by consumers and users. Before confirming the order, the Customer may read these conditions and save or print them. Specific product and order information is shown on the relevant product page and during the purchase process.

2. Products

The Website offers the products and sizes indicated on each product page. Images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or presentation may exist that do not alter the essential characteristics of the product. Olfactory descriptions describe the profile of the fragrance and do not replace the list of ingredients or the legal labelling of the product.

3. Purchase process and conclusion of the contract

The Customer selects the products, provides billing and delivery details, chooses shipping and payment method, and reviews the summary before confirming the order. Before payment, the total price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and any other applicable costs are shown. The final button will clearly indicate that the order entails an obligation to pay.

The contract is formed when Amor&Psique accepts the order and sends its confirmation by email. The confirmation will include or attach, in a durable format, the order information and the applicable conditions. The Website is available in Spanish and English.

The electronic document of the contract will be filed by Amor&Psique. The Customer may request a copy by writing to info@amorpsique.com. Before confirming the order, the Customer may review and correct the data from the cart or the summary screen; once submitted, corrections may be requested via info@amorpsique.com.

4. Availability and errors

Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, we will inform the Customer without delay and offer to wait for restocking, choose another product or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If we detect an obvious pricing error or another objective circumstance that prevents the order from being processed, we will contact the Customer to propose a solution or cancel the order and refund any amount charged. A confirmed order will not be cancelled on the mere unilateral decision of the Seller.

5. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs and any additional costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. Prices may change, without affecting orders already confirmed. Promotions are governed by the conditions and dates stated in each offer. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6. Payment

The Customer may pay by the means shown during the purchase process: credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed through the corresponding providers. Amor&Psique does not store the full card number when payment is processed through an external gateway. After the order, confirmation and, where applicable, the invoice or receipt will be sent by email.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, shipping costs, carriers and lead times are detailed on the "Shipping & returns" page and at checkout before payment. Unless another period has been agreed, the order will be delivered without undue delay and, at the latest, within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

If the parcel arrives with visible damage, we recommend notifying info@amorpsique.com as soon as possible and providing photographs to facilitate handling with the carrier. The absence of a note on the delivery slip or of notice within 48 hours does not limit the Customer's legal rights.

8. Risk and ownership

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. Ownership is transferred once the price has been paid in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law. How to exercise it, its effects and the form are detailed in "Right of withdrawal".

10. Returns and refunds

Return instructions, who bears the direct costs, and refund periods and methods are described in "Shipping & returns", without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.

11. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If there is a lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement. Where applicable under the law, the consumer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights apply in accordance with the legal requirements and conditions.

The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use or storage by the Customer. This statement does not limit the Seller's liability for lack of conformity existing under the law. Perfumes contain alcohol and are flammable; keep them away from heat sources and out of the reach of children.

12. Customer service and complaints

For enquiries or complaints, the Customer can write to info@amorpsique.com or call +34 641 79 34 58. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (mainland Spanish time). The Customer may go to public consumer bodies and the competent courts. Alternative dispute resolution systems will only be mentioned if there is an effective adherence or obligation.

13. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents, designs, trademarks and other elements of the Website belong to Amor&Psique or their owners. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without authorisation, except where permitted by law.

14. Data protection and final provisions

The processing of personal data is described in the "Privacy policy" and the use of cookies in the "Cookie policy". These conditions are governed by Spanish law and, for consumers, by the jurisdiction provided by law. Modifications will apply to future orders; each confirmed order is governed by the conditions accepted when contracting.
