Right of withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law. For orders with several products delivered separately, the period ends 14 calendar days after you, or a third party you have designated other than the carrier, receive the last product.

How to exercise it

Before the period expires, tell us your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can write to info@amorpsique.com, send a communication to Sevillana de Fragancias y Perfumes, S.L., Avda. República Argentina, 13, 8.º C, 41011 Seville, Spain, or use the form on this page. Using the form is not mandatory. If the Website offers an electronic withdrawal function, you may also use it.

Returning the products

You must return the products or hand them over at the address indicated without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of notifying your withdrawal. The period is considered met if you send the products back before it expires. Unless we have agreed to bear them or the law provides otherwise, you will pay the direct costs of return if you were informed of this before purchase.

Liability for handling

You will only be liable for the diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. This does not affect the legal exceptions applicable to certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. The application of this exception depends on the specific product meeting those requirements.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of you informing us of your decision. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard one, we will not refund the additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to another at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases established by law. These include, where applicable: products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. This exception does not automatically extend to any product or packaging; it will only apply when its legal requirements are met.
